I always consider myself an anxious person, but since I started living the law of attraction I dont think about this anymore. But...I couple of days ago I started having that awkward feeling in my stomach, that tight sort of feeling, not knowing where it was coming from I tried to figure it out why, for what? If you concentrate in something you bring more of that for your life, it took me around a week to just realize that.
My advice here is to feel good. How good is to feel good? It doesnt matter what negative emotion you are having, your goal is to bring it back the positive emotion. "But how do I do that?" Remember funny things, feel like you have gotten something that you always wanted to, watch a good comedy movie, listen to your favorite (happy song),bring the best of yourself back to life, back to your vortex, just 15 seconds and you can change your life again.
Think positive, believe in yourself, you are the creator of your life! Believe and Achieve!
